Bookings and reservations
Bookings
This Site is aimed at facilitating connection between you, as a Visitor, and our Subscribing Partners ["Providers"]. Once the connection is established, any further dealings, such as bookings, will be between you and the Provider direct. We do not process payments or make bookings on your behalf. Bookings are made direct with the Provider through one of their preferred platforms, such as for instance Booking.com or direct to their in-house system ["Booking Agent"]. You are provided with all available contact details in case the Provider does not offer an online booking facility. We need to emphasize that we are not a party in your negotations and agreements with the Provider.
Resolving issues with Provider
In the rare case there may occur an issue between you and the Provider, in the first instance you will need to resolve the issue direct with Provider. If there is no resolution offered, you will need to contact the Booking Agent to assist in finding a resolution.
We are always available to provide advice, if possible, but we assume no responsibility in resolving the issue since we are not a party in the agreement between you, the Booking Agent and the Provider.
