The Bukom Boxing Arena is the first boxing arena that was built in Ghana. This multipurpose facility was commissioned in November 2016 by John Dramani Mahama and offers a seating capacity of 4000. It boasts other facilities in the open-air, including a sports hall, an Aerobic centre, an Olympic size swimming pool and conference hall.
