It is an annual festival celebrated by the Chief and People of Eikwe in the Ellembele District, Nzemaland.
The festival saw its first celebration in 1973 by a small group of young people who were happy to initiate an event to bring oneness as well as eco- nomic improvement to the people of Eikwe community.
The festival is a weeklong celebration is climaxed on the 26th of every December accompanied by a brass band procession.
The people who participate in the celebration wear distinctive dress, footwear and sometimes masks.
Averagely, 2,000 people from all spheres of life join the celebration.
