The Brasserie opened in April 2011 as 1A Restaurant and Bar and has gone from strength to strength since. Located inside Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel & Members Club, it has become known for it’s expertise in bringing the best of both local and international dishes, making guests feel at home yet excited to always try something new.
